Program Structure & Benefits
A well-structured mentorship experience designed to create meaningful impact for both mentors and mentees.
3-Month Mentorship Journey
Each mentorship cycle runs for 3 months, allowing mentors and mentees to build a productive relationship focused on clear business and professional development goals.
Weekly Mentor Sessions
Mentors and mentees will connect for 1 hour per week based on mutual availability to discuss business questions, growth strategies, challenges, and entrepreneurial guidance.
Weekly NIEC Support
Mentees will also receive 1 hour per week with the NIEC team for additional clarification, guidance, networking support, and assistance during the mentorship program.
Access to NIEC Network
During the mentorship period, mentees gain access to the wider NIEC network and partner ecosystem for additional business support, introductions, and collaboration opportunities.
Official Certificate
Upon successful completion of the mentorship program, both mentors and mentees will receive an official certificate of participation from NIEC.
Long-Term Community Growth
